We live in 20th century where our Lifestyle has been completely changed, from past few years by adoption of Modern Lifestyle. Though Introduction of technology has made our lives easy & comfortable, but it has led to various health concerns. We eat in stress, just to satisfy our taste and hunger on top of it we have adopted sedentary lifestyle which lowers down the physical activity. We have involved various harmful Pesticides / Chemicals in our daily routine and assuming for a healthy life.

With the entry of Pandemic Covid-19 in March 2020, has changed the entire world. All the sudden life takes a long break in the form of lockdown, the whole world trapped in an unpredictable future because we were not prepared for the consequences apart from the death toll, this pandemic has exposed individuals to various physical, mental, social, and emotional difficulties. The effect has been linked to a varied and broad range of mental health problems, including depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, trauma, sadness, suicidal thoughts, and other stress-related diseases. Now after going through, all the difficult time we are more aware about ourselves and searching for the solutions of these problems.
