RETURN POLICY

Due to the perishable nature of the product, the products ordered online should be checked at the time of delivery and report the issue on the spot and inform or send us a picture on our customer care number (+91 9151027270) or e-mail us ([email protected]). We will replace the defective item with a fresh one without any extra charge.

REFUND POLICY

You should report the issue on the customer care number if not satisfied with the product and don’t want to continue the plan purchased. We will inspect and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You can cancel the order until the product has not been shipped. Due to the perishable nature of the products, you may not cancel once the order is shipped and delivered to you.

DELIVERY POLICY

We will ensure that the product is delivered to you as per the time slot 7:00 am to 10:00 am.

If no one is unavailable to receive the product when the delivery person reached your place. A call is made to you by a customer care executive or delivery person. In case, of no response, your order is cancelled or delivered after all the deliveries are complete.
